We will only use your data to fulfil an order you have made. If you have signed up to our newsletter (this isn’t automatic, you need to choose to opt into this) then I will also send you information about products and related news, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link. I will accept returns if you change your mind within 30 days of purchase. You will need to return the item to me in a condition that is re-saleable. A refund will be issued on receipt of the returned item so I recommend that it is returned via a trackable method. Please contact me before you return an item so I can support you with this process. Please note the refund will be for the cost of the item only, not any postage charges.

If the item is faulty or there are parts missing, I will provide a replacement item or kit free of charge, just contact me to let me know what the problem is. My full Refund Policy can be found here.

Like many people I’ve become increasingly conscious of the impact my crafting, my life and my business have on the environment. The kits I’ve designed have several different components and I’ve reviewed how these can be repurposed, reused or recycled. More information can be found here.
