With the winter turning colder, it's time to snuggle up on your sofa and craft!
This star kit is a great project for Christmas but can be for any time of the year!. Combining embroidery, beads and sequins to create a piece of art that sparkles like the sun on crisp winters day.
This project is stitched using an intuitive embroidery technique. I find this a particularly mindful embroidery practice with no constraints, no fixed pattern and no plan. Start by selecting an embroidery stitch or an embellishment and see where that element fits best.
In the accompanying guidance booklet, I support you in working in this way and suggest some stitches and embellishment techniques.
It’s a great project for anyone crafty or someone who wants to try a different technique. It also makes a wonderful gift for the plant or craft lover in your life and I can post it directly to the recipient with a personalised note enclosed. There is also the option to have the kit gift wrapped.
This embroidery DIY kit which will arrive with you packaged in a A5 sized box (that fits straight through a standard letterbox).
